Our steel wheels are hardened using special heat treatment so that they can be used for cutting glass.
Afterwards, all remaining dirt, hardener and burrs are 100% removed - both outside and within the borehole (!) - and polished at the same time.
The resultant light turning ensures a clean cut and safe and reliable breaking of the glass.
All wheels are 1 mm thick and are supplied in packets of 100.
